We screen and record it
The sending address is screened before the funds are applied, and the deposit is recorded against the campaign at the exchange rate stamped at confirmation time.

Cobre converts it to pesos
Your donation is already confirmed and visible on-chain at this point, and shows on the campaign as converting. Cobre — Vaki’s regulated Colombian payments partner — settles the peso conversion, usually in minutes.

The campaign gets paid
Once the conversion settles, the donation counts in the campaign’s pot in pesos and is paid out to the verified beneficiary under the same rules as every other donation on Vaki.

What institutional donors ask us first
Which networks and tokens do you accept?
USD₮ on Polygon and Ethereum. Tron is not available yet. We add a network only after Vaki’s treasury is live there and a test deposit has been moved end to end — never before.
Who controls the funds?
Vaki does, in a treasury wallet under multi-party control — and Vaki is accountable for the money reaching the campaign in pesos. You do not have to take that on trust: every movement in and out of the address above is public on-chain, and the Proof section shows the peso donations and the payouts that follow.
How is a deposit tied to a specific campaign?
Attribution happens on Vaki’s side, before conversion: the deposit is recorded as a payment against the campaign with the transaction hash as its gateway identifier, so the on-chain record and our ledger reconcile one to one.
What happens to the exchange rate?
The rate is stamped at the moment the deposit confirms, so the peso amount credited to the campaign is fixed then and does not drift with the market while conversion settles.
Can a donation be refunded?
No. A stablecoin transfer cannot be reversed by anyone, including us — that is a property of the rail, not a policy choice. Send a small test first if you want to be sure before committing an amount that matters.
We want to give a large amount. What is different?
Nothing. The address is the same, the conversion is the same, and the Proof section above is the same record — which is the point: an institution does not need a private arrangement to verify where its money went, because everything a private arrangement would tell you is already public.
